Application:
MBY series high efficiency coating machine is widely used in the pharmaceutical and foodstuff industries for the organic, water-soluble film and sugar coating of tables, pills and sweets. It can achieve medicine delayed release. It is easy to opreate.

Principle:
The pre-loaded tablets run in a complicated track in the clean and closed pan. During the process film medium is evenly sprayed by spraying by spraying gun on the tablet surface. Filtered and clean air supplied by the hot air cabinet passes through the pre-loaded tablet bed, and the coating film on the surface can be quickly dried.

Features:
The coating process is done in a total contained way, avoiding contamination and complying with GMP STANDARD;
Coating medium spraying, drying and exhausting can be carried out simultaneously for film coating in one container, so efficiency is highly increased;
Auto loading and unloading of tablets;
