The surface is made of SUS304 stainless steel material, and the parts in contact with the material are made of SUS316L stainless steel and medical grade silicone rubber, in compliance with GMP specifications.
The ceramic plunger pump achieves quantitative filling, is resistant to acid and alkali erosion, wear-resistant and high-temperature, and has high filling accuracy.
The sorting and transportation of caps are achieved through a vibrating disc, using SUS316L stainless steel clean discs with no cleaning dead corners. The top disc is detachable and supports sterilization.
The syringe is loaded through a centrifugal disk, which has high stability, fast speed and low noise.
Adopting internationally renowned brand electrical components, implementing interference free modular control, synchronous actions are all controlled by servo motors, accurate and reliable, and easy to operate.
Depend on PLC the programmable controller controls the operation of the motor, and the human-machine interactive interface monitors and displays the working status of each station in real time, and automatically alarms and displays the fault location in real time.,fault prompt.
A variety of filling doses and filling methods are available,supports storage of multiple recipe parameters.
