This product is an automated packaging equipment designed by our company specifically for pre filled syringes, which is sterile and efficient for filling syringes. The equipment runs smoothly, is easy to operate, and is equipped with intelligent detection devices. It has a high degree of automation and easy maintenance, making it an ideal equipment for pre filled syringe filling and capping.
Product Features
Suitable for various types of pre filled syringes, special types of syringes can also be customized.
The surface is made of SUS304 stainless steel material, and the parts in contact with the material are made of SUS316L stainless steel and medical grade silicone rubber, in compliance with GMP specifications.
The ceramic plunger pump achieves quantitative filling, is resistant to acid and alkali erosion, wear-resistant and high-temperature, and has high filling accuracy.
The sorting and transportation of caps are achieved through a vibrating disc, using SUS316L stainless steel clean discs with no cleaning dead corners. The top disc is detachable and supports sterilization.
Adopting internationally renowned brand electrical components, implementing interference free modular control, synchronous actions are all controlled by servo motors, accurate and reliable, and easy to operate.
The motor operation is controlled by a PLC programming controller, and the human-machine interaction interface monitors and displays the working status of each workstation in real time, automatically alarms and displays the fault location and fault prompts in real time.
Multiple filling doses and filling methods are available for selection, supporting storage of multiple formula parameters.
Fully automatic operation, automatic feeding, automatic filling, automatic lid sorting, and automatic capping.
It can be used to replace various specifications of syringes, with a modular design that is easy to expand. It can be used alone or connected to equipment such as elevators, labeling machines, and light inspection machines to form a production line.
An automatic replenishment system can be optionally selected, which uses liquid level sensing to automatically replenish materials when there is a shortage.
Optional A-level laminar flow hood to achieve high requirements for clean production.
