Feeding and discharging of glue plug and aluminum cap for washing of this equipment are divided into two areas, feeding is in the washing room and discharging is in the sterile room. The discharge place is provided with a safety protection door (plexiglass door) and discharge door (high pressure door), and the two doors are equipped with interlocking devices. The automatic discharge device on the equipment can avoid the chance of washing and drying glue plug and aluminum cap and contact with hands when discharge in aseptic room. Controlled by computer logic, the interlocking device of the washing room and the asepsis room completely eliminated the opportunity of pollution, that is: in the washing, silification, disinfection, drying, cooling process (the whole washing glue plug, aluminum cap process) is not completed or sterilization process is not completed before the discharge door of the asepsis room can not be opened (self-locking); If the discharge door of the asepsis room is not closed, all operations in the washing room cannot be carried out (self-locking). This interlock function ensures the complete isolation of the bacteria area and the sterile area, without secondary contamination, and fully conforms to the GMP standards issued by the Ministry of Health. At the same time, in addition to the chain function of the safety protection door, it can also avoid the scald caused by the high temperature of the discharge door and the human body when the equipment is running steam sterilization.
