A. Description: RGF-I type hose filling and sealing machine adopts internal heating mode, low maintenance and use cost, easy maintenance and replacement. All working cylinder speed full stroke adjustable, stable and reliable work.
This machine is compact in structure, color code, transmission part is completely closed. Automatic transposition of mechanical transmission and photoelectric detection are used to confirm that there are pipes that start to automatically measure into the pipe, and then seal the tail and exit the finished product.
This machine is suitable for filling, sealing, date printing and tail cutting of plastic and aluminum-plastic composite hose of various specifications. The sealing is beautiful and neat, the sealing is firm, the filling measurement accuracy is high, and the stability is good. This machine is widely used in the product packaging of medicine, daily chemical, food, chemical and other industries. Such as: ointment, adhesive, AB glue, neoprene glue, epoxy glue, skin paste, hair dye, shoe polish, toothpaste and other liquid or paste material filling and sealing.
The part in contact with the material is made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, with optional protective doors and organic glass doors. Clean, hygienic, in line with the GMP requirements of drug production. With no tube no filling, overload protection function.
