This series takes advanced functions of pre-vacuum quick sterilization with high temperature, quick cooling after sterilization, and unique anti-pressure protection device. It may reliably sterilize all kinds of damp-heat resisting products in bulk, bottle, can and soft package.

Water pressure: 0.2-0.4Mpa
Working Pressure: 0.15Mpa
Compressed Air Pressure: 0.5-0.7Mpa
Working Temperature: 126ºC
Main Features
1. The box is designed, produced and tested strictly according to (Steel Pressure Vessel)
2. The unique design of embedded dove-tail shape with heat-resisting silicone rubber ensures the seal tightness of the door.
3. The main control system adopts micro-computer PLC and touch screen and DCS long distance tiring-room monitoring system.
4. Insulation adopts aluminum silicate materials. Elegant stainless steel decorates cover.
5. Standard GMP certification port.
6. Excellent rapid cooling device.
