Introduction and use of equipment
This line is composed of bottle supplying-filling - pre-screw capping (robot capping) - screw capping, which can be combined by labeling heat transfer printing intelligent coding unit to form a production linkage line. It is developed and designed by our company according to the requirements of IVD industry to meet the needs of customers for intelligent production. Filling system adopts micro-linear pump filling, easy to adjust the filling amount and cleaning, high filling precision, filling without drip phenomenon, filling amount can be adjusted on the touch screen. Capping is prerotated by robot, and the screw capping adopts servo motor to ensure the qualified rate of screw capping and high production efficiency. The machine adopts PLC programmable controller for automatic control of related functions, such as: no bottle no filling, no capping, no cap alarm or rejecting functions, simple operation, convenient adjustment. The equipment is mainly used for clinical biochemical reagents, immunodiagnostic reagents, molecular diagnostic reagents, microbial diagnostic reagents, urine diagnostic reagents, coagulation diagnostic reagents, hematology diagnostic reagents, flow cytometry diagnostic reagents and automatic packaging production line of cleaning fluid, etc.
