This Blister Packaging Machine adds one tropical alu forming station and a second sealing station to allow the plastic thermoforming blister package to be sealed with formed tropical alu again.
The shrinkage of the packaging material is minimized to ensure the synchronization of the blister pocket by means of a double servo-regulated drag system.
The use of aluminum offers a nearly complete barrier for water, light, and oxygen, allowing an extended product expiration date.
The punch station can adopt the crossing type, the trimming waste is about 1mm between two blisters; it can save more material.
Can connect with the Cartoner to form an Automatic Pharmaceutical Packaging Line.

Innovation
1. The DPP350 flat mask blister packaging machine produced by our company can be divided into 1.5m elevators and split-type purification workshops. The combination is cylindrical pin positioning and screw fastening, which is easy to assemble.
2. The mold is clamped by pressure plate, which is very convenient for loading and unloading.
3. The main motor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation: (the number of punching times can reach 30 times/min.) The corresponding number of punching times is set according to factors such as the length of the stroke and the difficulty of feeding the stuffed material.
4. Servo traction mechanism is adopted, the operation is stable, the synchronization is accurate, and the stroke is arbitrarily selectable within the range of 50-220mm, that is, the layout size can be freely designed within the range. Due to the contact-type plate heating, the heating power and temperature are reduced, energy is saved and the stability of the plastic sheet is increased.
5. The forming heating plate is automatically closed and opened, and can be turned on after the heating plate is put down, and the material waste is limited to a range of the plate.
6. Air cushion heat sealing: When the machine is stopped, the mesh plate is automatically raised by the cylinder. It eliminates the deformation phenomenon of the blister caused by heat radiation during the stay, facilitates the cleaning work of the anilox plate, and at the same time acts as a buffer for the super pressure, which is beneficial to prolonging the service life of the machine.
7. Upper and lower netting male and female with heat sealing: that is, the front and back sides are point-like netting, because the stress is equal, the plate is more flat, and the sealing performance is improved.
8. PVC finished and broken pieces automatically alarm and stop, which is convenient for operators to replace and continue PVC in time.
9. All parts in contact with the drug, including the hopper, are made of stainless steel and non-toxic materials and meet the requirements of "GMP".
