Main uses and scope of application:
It is suitable for filling and screw capping 5 ~ 10ml plastic tube with small dose of liquid in pharmaceutical, chemical, health products and other industries. It is a special equipment used in pharmaceutical factory to produce plastic tube oral liquid filling, screw capping and sealing.
This machine can automatically complete the whole production process of tube conveying,tube unscrambling, quantitative filling, automatic capping, unscrambling caps, taking caps, screw capping and bottling out.
Performance characteristics:
a. This machine is continuous rotary tracking filling screw capping machine, filling, screw capping, automatic capping three in one structure model. Its structure is simple and reasonable, high degree of automation, the cost performance of the machine is suitable for China's national conditions, can replace imported products.
b. Use servo motor to control the total filling, single fine adjustment can be adjusted by swing rod adjustment mechanism, filling precision stability ≤±1% is not easy to change.
c. Optical fiber and electromagnetic clutch are used to control the piston rod of the filling pump to achieve no tube no filling.
d. Servo motor is used to control the filling switch time of rotary valve pump, so that the filling needle has the function of suction back, good liquid collection performance, and the needle does not drip, so as to avoid the problem of tube mouth dyeing caused by needle drip.
e. Servo motor control tracking filling transmission, high transmission precision, smooth operation. Compared with other enterprises which use mechanical CAM tracking mechanism to control the transmission of tracking filling, its former transmission accuracy and smooth operation performance and durability are much better.
f. Using photoelectric brazing switch to detect and monitor, can realize the automatic rejecting tubes with missing cap, crooked cap and the pressure cap isn't in place.
g. All parts in contact with liquid medicine are made of 316L stainless steel or high quality silica gel tubes, which fully meet the requirements of GMP specifications.
H. Adopting filling assembly and filling machine, conveying tube device and its adjusting distance stirring wheel patent technology can effectively prevent damage to the filling pump.
