Features:
Its main controlling parts can be adjusted by moditying the parameters on the touch screen. Mainly including: revolution speed, slot speed, rotation speed, moving distance of every station, grinding tood speed, moving distance of grinding tood etc. Part A has 3 sets of forming tools and part B has 10 working stations.
Tight geometric tolerances due to forming tools, it's design and optional camera inspection.
Low cosmetic defect level owing to cosmetic defect detection during tube drawing and avoidance of glassto-glass contact during container forming the neck making adopts guideway instead of the original swallow-tail groove.
The bottom of the body of the second part of the system using linear bearings instead of the original swallow-tail groove to do the sliding mechanism, thoroughly solved the swallow-tail groove easy to wear, easy to loose, easy to die, bad maintenance and other difficulties.
A drill Chuck head chuck can fine-tune concentricity.
