1.1 Equipment overview: equipment components and work process
- Feeding area: 4 rolls of raw materials can be supplied at the same time.The automatic detection alarm will be given when the materials are used up.
- Nose bridge strip feeding: joint venture brand high-speed module linkage feeding, whether the raw materials are tested.
- Ultrasonic roll forming: mature process, with the position sensing of the nose bridge strip, can accurately control the position of the nose bridge strip.
- Ear band welding:Reciprocating on-line ear band welding, the length of ear band is easy to adjust and the material is automatically detected.
- Folding welding:Reciprocating on-line folding welding,the size of mask can be controlled and adjusted by the touch screen.
- Cutting and blanking: The hob cutting is transferred to the blanking position. The material is received manually.
