Product introduction
The nesting removal machine is an automated device that takes out the prefilled syringes stored in the nest boxes and distributes the prefilled syringes to the filling stations in an orderly manner through intelligent control. It can be used in conjunction with a filling and plugging machine or a rod screwing and labeling machine. This machine solves the problems of slow manual feeding and easy breakage of the syringes, thus improving production efficiency.
Product features
Suitable for the packaging materials of RTU nest plate type prefilled syringes of various brands.
Standardly equipped with a RABS (Restricted Access Barrier System) glove box and imported gloves made of CSM (Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene) material.
The surface is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the parts in contact with the materials are made of SUS316L stainless steel and medical silicone rubber, which complies with the requirements of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) specifications.
An A-level laminar flow hood can be optionally configured to enable manual removal of the outer packaging and peeling of the inner lining under the protection of laminar flow.
It uses electrical components of internationally renowned brands, adopts interference-free modular control. All synchronous actions are completed under the control of servo motors, which is accurate, reliable and easy to operate.
The operation of the motor is controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming controller. The human-machine interface can monitor and display the working status of each station in real time. It can automatically alarm and display the fault location in real time, and provide fault prompts.
Modular design, easy to expand. It can be used independently or connected to equipment such as filling machines, rod screwing machines and labeling machines to form a production line.
