The main functions
This advanced granulator is perfectly engineered for the efficient wet particle granulation of powders mixed with binders, making it indispensable in the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries.
Working principle:
Within a precisely designed cylinder (cone) container, powders and adhesives are expertly blended into wet, pliable materials by a bottom mixing paddle. These are then transformed into uniform wet granules by a side-mounted, high-speed grinding paddle.

1. Ingeniously designed horizontal cylinder (cone) for optimal structure and performance.
2. Airtight, fully sealed drive shaft allows easy conversion between air and water cleaning methods.
3. Fluidization granulation ensures the material forms almost perfect spheres, boasting excellent fluidity.
4. Compared to traditional methods, it uses 25% less adhesive and significantly reduces drying times.
5. Each batch takes approximately 2 minutes for dry mixing and 1-4 minutes for granulation, showcasing remarkable efficiency.
6. All processes-dry mixing, wet mixing, and granulation-occur seamlessly within a single closed container, minimizing process complexity.
7. The entire operational procedure is fortified with rigorous safety protection measures.
