Vertical High-speed Rod Screwing and Labeling Machine is a piece of equipment developed by our company specifically for syringes. This equipment can automatically complete a series of operations such as rod screwing, labeling, batch number printing through inkjet or laser printing, and production date printing, thus achieving the functions of rod screwing and labeling for syringes.
This equipment has the advantages of a compact structure, light weight, simple operation, reliable operation, convenient maintenance, stable rod screwing, high labeling speed, flat and beautiful labeling, and strong adaptability. Moreover, the labeling speed can be steplessly adjusted according to the filling speed of the previous process. Therefore, this machine can be used independently or connected to other machines in a production line, making it an ideal choice for rod screwing and labeling of syringes.
Product features
Intelligent control with automatic photoelectric tracking. It has the functions of not labeling when there is no object, automatic label correction in case of label absence, and automatic label detection, which can prevent missing labels and label waste.
Flexible application. It can be used for single-machine production or integrated into a production line. The layout of the production site is simple. A conveyor belt can be configured to directly connect the rod screwing and labeling machine from the clean room through a mouse hole, saving space in the clean workshop.
It uses electrical components of internationally renowned brands and adopts interference-free modular control. All synchronous actions are completed under the control of servo motors. Automatic rod screwing and labeling is carried out, which is accurate, reliable, and easy to operate.
The operation of the motor is controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming controller. The human-machine interface can monitor and display the working status of each station in real time. It can automatically alarm and display the fault location in real time, and provide fault prompts.
Multiple specifications of syringes can be made universal through molds or adjustment mechanisms.
An automatic feeding function can be configured. For glass syringes, a nesting removal device can be used to feed them into the labeling machine. For the plunger rods, a vibrating bowl or a centrifugal bowl can be used to automatically sort and feed the rods. For pre-filled catheters, a hoist can be used to supply them to a centrifugal bowl for automatic sorting and feeding, and then they are sent to the slide for unloading (taking the product into consideration).
A thermal coding/inkjet coding function can be optionally configured to achieve real-time printing functions such as printing batch numbers, production dates, and output counts.
