Product Description

1, CM-2200 Capsule checkweigher  (20 channels )

2,Basic introduction:
This machine designed to check whether capsule weight is eligible or not can automatically weigh each capsule at a high speed, with high precision, and no damage. In addition, it can automatically filter and reject the ineligible beyond tolerance as required, separate eligible from ineligible capsules, collect both in different channels, which ensure each capsule weight within tolerance as required during the whole manufacturing process. Micro-weighing sensor system, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) with high-speed computing and control adopted make the machine steady, reliable and easy to operate. With the function of electronic recording accompanied by electronic signature, the machine is in conformity with FDA 21 CFR Part11. Human Machine Interface (HMI) where a variety of parameters can be set is able to trace and record relevant parameters automatically. At the meantime, touch screen displays output of eligible and ineligible capsules by automatic statistics. This machine, indispensable checkout equipment in quality assurance system, keeps capsule manufacturers away from customer complaint and avoids irreparable losses.

1, Stable and reliable operation
(1) machine has a perfect anti-interference control system, which can resist all kind of electronic systems interference, for example, electromagnetic interference(EMI), radio frequency interference(RFI),  Electromagnetic pulse(EMP)

(1)HBM high precision weighing sensor imported from Germany is adopted.
(2) adopts independent multi - port & super - speed weight data acquisition processor, single port can reach 1000 weight data per second, its means that the final weight of each capsule was checked 1,000 times before the final weight was determined

3, anti-static design plus eliminantor for anti-static system to ensure the test of various of capsules can be tested freely.
4, free falling body is adopted for material feeding to ensure the capsule is not extruded by external force, and does not destroy the capsule.
