The machine adopts advanced technologies such as microcomputer control,electromagnetic vibration and photoelectric monitoring and adopts self-invented patented technology, innovatively designed functional devices such as bottle discharge, bottle unscrambling, bottle loading, and vertical bottle, which can automatically and continuously complete vibration bottle discharge and feeding slot sorting, guide rail bottle conveying, combined bottle loading, turning upright bottles and swing bar pushing bottles and other process operations make the chaotic and disorderly plastic bottles in the hopper into vertical and orderly sending out in rows, which can be used for automatic filling, sealing and pasting. It can be used in conjunction with equipment such as labeling, inkjet coding or packaging. 
3. Function
The vial bottle unscrambler is mainly for vial bottles, which can make the messy bottles come out of the silo, buffered by the vibrating plate and arranged initially, from the track to the U-turn device, the bottle head is up (a pass rate of more than 99.9%), neat and consistent is pushed out. The equipment can be connected with filling, labeling, boxing and other equipment.
The usage shows that this machine has the characteristics of high degree of automation, fast production speed ( 300-550 pieces/min specification equipment), neat and stable unscrambling and vertical bottles, moderate and reasonable price, etc.
