How the washing machine works
The cleaning machine is mainly used for the cleaning of all kinds of mechanical product parts, the work is driven by the servo slide table to transmit, rotary cleaning, and the parts are automatically returned to the feeding station after high-temperature cleaning and high-speed centrifugal spinning. It has low labor intensity, high work efficiency, fast cleaning and drying, and improves production efficiency.
The parts are carried out in the closed cleaning machine environment, and the cleaning liquid is not easy to sputter to the outside of the shell, which reduces the consumption of cleaning liquid and effectively improves the utilization rate of cleaning liquid.
The working speed of the cleaning machine is controlled by the servo motor, which can be positioned for cleaning, and can be increased or decelerated at will according to the cleaning requirements of the parts in the working operation, so as to effectively carry out the process operation.
The high-pressure cleaning pump produces high-pressure water with a pressure of 8-15 kilograms (there is a difference between ordinary and high-pressure), and sprays a high-pressure water column through the six-direction high-pressure cleaning nozzle in the upper and lower left and right, front and back, which is used to wash the parts on the rotating workbench to peel off and wash away the dirt. Finally, it is rotated and air-dried to achieve the effect of cleaning the surface of the object.
The sewage is separated and purified by layers of "water and oil filtration" (80-100 mesh blue filtration, 30 micron filter bags), "water oil and gas recovery" (10 micron filter bags), "water and oil separation" (oil-water separator filtration), and "10-100 micron impurity filter". Keep it (relatively) clean, recycle, and change water less frequently. Just add it as soon as the cleaning solution decreases.
The water change time varies according to the cleanliness of the product, the cleaning time, and the cleaning frequency, and the water change frequency also changes accordingly, so it is impossible to give an accurate answer.

5.The cleaning machine pre-acceptance
The pre-acceptance of the cleaning machine is carried out at the site of Party A's manufacturing plant
2.1 After the cleaning machine is manufactured, Party A shall notify Party B in writing to go to Party A's manufacturing plant for pre-acceptance.
2.2 Pre-acceptance content: pre-acceptance of the cleaning machine equipment according to Party A's factory "Manual".
2.3 If Party B waives the pre-acceptance, it will be deemed to have passed the pre-acceptance.
6. Installation and commissioning of cleaning machine
After passing the pre-acceptance, Party A will ship the cleaning machine to Party B's equipment installation site, and Party B will be responsible for unloading the truck. 1. Before the cleaning machine is transported to the installation site of Party B, Party B is responsible for the installation and preparation of the equipment, including the preparation of power facilities, the preparation of general equipment, etc., and Party B is responsible for providing consumables required for the safety adjustment cleaning machine, such as water, cleaning oil, common tools and other items, under the premise that the above installation conditions are available, Party A can carry out the installation of the equipment.
Party A is responsible for the special equipment (including: work, inspection, and measuring tools) for the installation and commissioning of the cleaning machine. Party B is responsible for general machinery and tools (including general tools, inspection and measuring tools).
Party A is responsible for the installation and commissioning, including the clamp work for the mechanical part of the cleaning machine, and the electrical work required for the commissioning and operation of the mechanical part.
7.Final acceptance of the cleaning machine
The final acceptance of the cleaning machine is carried out at the installation site of Party B, and when Party A completes the installation and commissioning of the equipment, the two parties jointly carry out the final acceptance of the cleaning machine, and the acceptance of both parties shall be subject to the results of the final acceptance.
1.Test the cleaning machine according to the relevant content and standards of the technical agreement signed by both parties.
2.Cleaning test shall be carried out according to Party A's standard, and the test pieces shall be provided by Party B.
3.Test the cleaning machine according to the relevant content and standards of the cleaning machine technical agreement signed by both parties. After passing the acceptance, both parties signed the "Product Acceptance Report", and the cleaning machine was officially delivered.
8.Technical service and after-sales service of cleaning machine
1.Technical services
1.1.Party A is responsible for providing technical training to Party B's operators, technicians and maintenance personnel (no more than 2 people are trained).
1.2.The training is divided into two sessions. The cleaning machine will be trained in Party A's manufacturing plant before delivery, and Party B will be trained at the installation site after the equipment is installed and accepted.
1.3.The training content mainly includes: operation technology, maintenance, etc.
1.4.The time of each training is 1 working day. During the training period at Party A's manufacturing site, Party B's training personnel shall be responsible for the travel and accommodation expenses of Party B's training personnel. During the training period, Party A will provide a free working lunch.
2. After-sales service
2.1.The shelf life of the cleaning machine is 12 months from the date of receipt, during which Party A will deal with or replace the parts if the failure is caused by the design, manufacturing, quality of spare parts, etc. (Except for the filter bag of wearing parts), Party A can be exempted from liability if Party B loses losses caused by man-made damage or force majeure factors of natural disasters.
2.2.After the cleaning machine is put into operation, Party A will provide long-term technical support. In the event of equipment failure or technical problems that Party B is unable to handle, Party A shall provide technical services aimed at solving the problem thoroughly. Within 24 hours after receiving the information reported by Party B, Party A shall give telephone or fax guidance, and if necessary, Party A shall send after-sales service personnel to Party B's factory within 72 hours for on-site processing.
2.3. After the warranty period, Party A will provide lifelong paid maintenance and service. Provide spare parts and spare parts at preferential pieces for a long time.
