Scope of application: cosmetics, light industry (daily chemical industry), pharmaceutical, food and other industries, used for enterprise products to choose the hose as the packaging container, the equipment can fill the ointment, cream, gel agent or viscosity fluid materials inside the hose, and then the hose tail of the hot melt pressing combined printing code, trim and shape at the same time, to produce finished products.
 
Packing materials and filling materials applicable scope:
1) All plastic pipe, plastic composite pipe, aluminum plastic composite pipe.
2) Ointments, creams, gels and viscosity fluids.

Workflow: pipe silo (hose container) → automatic tube loading → identification of calibration position → cleaning inside the hose (option) → filling → hot melting at the tail → pressing and sealing the tail, typing the word code → hose positioning → cutting → finished product discharge
 
Working principle: using PLC program control. Automatic tube loading, color calibration, air cleaning inside the tube space, injection nozzle filling inside the tube, hot gas heating inside the tube tail wall, cooling outside the tube tail wall (cooling water dispenser drainage cycle), hot melt pressing and coding, tail shear, finished product discharge. Parameter digital display.
 
Features:
1) The host adopts frequency control.
2) Swiss hot air generator, to ensure a stable heat source for hot melting of hose tail.
3) Annular heater, heating the inner wall of the hose tail, external annular cooling water jacket cooling the outer wall, so that the tail heat evenly. The inner wall sealing is tight, and the appearance of the word pattern is clear and beautiful.
4) For color calibration, the German photoelectric marker is selected and equipped with high-precision driver and stepper motor (feeding motor is equipped with high standard requirement) to ensure the correct position of text and text.
5) The feeding nozzle goes deep into the hose to fill part of the stage. At the same time, there is a bottom-up filling process to complete the filling and sealing. No leakage or overflow will occur. This machine is suitable for filling of materials with different physical and chemical properties. Filling volume fine-tuning hand wheel is placed outside the body, it is very convenient to adjust and tighten, to ensure the filling accuracy ≤±0.5%, and truly achieve cost saving and accurate measurement.
6) The mixing inside the material barrel is designed to be equipped with a large power mixing device, which is safe, reliable and has a wide range of application. The insulation system of the barrel is completed by the controllable water temperature device and the sandwich hopper with weld and no flux. (Option)

7) The shear design is in two ways: flat shear and arc shear. Due to the corresponding configuration of its tail shape or material and other comprehensive factors, the cut parts are burr free and smooth, which meets the requirements of beautiful packaging containers.

8) The terminal compressed air adopts multi-stage filtration (oil and gas filtration device to ensure the compressed air is clean and pollution-free).

9) Formulate unified oil supply standard for lubrication system to ensure effective lubrication of equipment and prevent pollution of working environment.
