Intorduction:
Model MDGZ Fluid Bed Granulator is a patented technology product independently developed by our company. It has many fuctions such as drying, granulating and mixing. It is one of the important process equipments for solid dosage preparations. The wet granules obtained from high shear granulator can be dried in this equipment. It can be used as a granulating machine.
Working Principle:
Fuild bed granulatoer makes use of spray and fluid bed technology to realize mixing, granulation and drying in one container. The fluidized powder is wetted by spaying binder until agglomeration occurs. As soon as the desired grain size is reached, spray is stopped and the wet granules are dried and cooled.

Reduction in the amount of fines and improvement in the flowability;

Operation under the negative pressure to avoid dust and contamination;
