1).Introduction
FG-KFS2 series screw filling machine is the main equipment for powder injection production line. The main working principle is to adopt stepping motor to control powder conveying screw to certain number. In this way, it can fill the vial with precise dosage of powder and add the stoppers automatically. It uses double conveyor, double screw filling, and double track auto stopper-coming and stopper-adding. All these can insure that the net weight error of the powder added into the vial is strictly controlled within the requirements. The main structure consists of inlet and outlet bottle parts, double screw filling heads, rubber stopper oscillator and stopper-adding parts, graduator, transmission parts and controlling parts.

KGL1Capping machine

 

1.Overview
KGL roller type capping machine is the key equipment for product of antibiotics vial and freeze drying. The main working principle is to adopting 3-knife flexible roller capping. The capping head starts from the top of the bottle neck, and then press the Al cap from shallow to deep, so the Al cap can seal the bottle neck firmly. It can assure that the Al caps are auto-feeded, auto-added and auto-capped. It can also assure that after capping, the rubber stoppers are not loose and firmly sealed. Its main structure consists of bottle inlet and outlet part, capping head wall cap oscillator, bottle conveyor, graduator and transmission part.

1.1.Introduction
KHP180 automatic carton packing machine is a continuous automatic horizontal packing machine, compliance with GMP.The machine is running at high speed, stable, reliable and accurate. The machine is made up of folder and carton packing machine.
1.2.Technical description
Product convey and packing device: Transmission the product to carton packing machine, falling device control product to accurately fall into the corresponding product bin.
Leaflet folding machine: Fold the instructions and match the accordingly products
Carton packing system: product convey, push rod transmission, box convey, these three systems completed in the packaging process, put products and instructions into the carton .
Carton opening device: Four-head opening can open the box and drop it into the corresponding position at the same time. Two vacuum suction heads are used to suck the two adjacent sides of the carton. This opening method can ensure a high success rate of opening the carton at high speed.
Carton delivery: Load the carton and put it into the opening box. It can deposit 1400 boxes at one time.
Leaflet and carton check device: Through check device, control leaflet and carton drop, avoid empty packaging.
Automatic coding device: Steel yards can be played at the carton cap. The size of the code is set according to the cap size and user requirements, The codes can also be configured with a spray code system.
Sealing system:Seal the carton with machine.
Automatic elimination system: It can avoid emergency stop due to empty boxes without instructions or no ointment.
Carton size is adjustable. According to different carton size, the machine can be easily completed adjusted , but the size difference is too large, the corresponding mold needs to be replaced.
