Filling and sealing machine Description:
Machine adopts rotary, double filling head, high speed. Filling method adopts piston method with high precision. Drip proof filling nozzle, no water leakage after filling. Easy to adjust the filling amount, different sizes can change the mold, filling speed can be adjusted.
Suitable for all kinds of composite pipe, plastic pipe or metal pipe filling and sealing, date printing, tail cutting. Sealing neat and beautiful, sealing firm, high precision, good stability. The machine is of high quality, using imported PLC control, imported original frequency control, pneumatic components (AIRTAC), used for tube end marker reader, using imported original (SICK) photoelectric sensor, high stability, heating system, using imported Swiss LEISTER heating gun.
Application scope of packing materials and filling materials:
1) Hose, plastic pipe, composite pipe or aluminum pipe.
2) Viscous fluid agent of ointment, cream and gel.
Working procedure:
Automatic tube loading → tube pressing into tube holder → automatic tube tail mark reader →→ automatic filling → pipe heating (plastic tube) /3 folding (aluminum tube) → tail sealing → tail cutting (plastic tube) →→ Date printing →→ Product output.
Our machine advantages:
