Work principle
The raw material is added to the hopper of the pulverizer,and is adjusted to fall into the conical working chamber through the plug-in valve.The rotary granulating knife acts on the raw material to swirl,and the centrifugal force is used to smash the granules toward the screen surface.And at the same time,due to the high speed rotation of the rotary knife and the shearing on the screen surface,and the granules are pulverized into small granules,and discharged through the mesh holes.The size of the pulverized granules is adjusted by the mesh of the screen,the distance.between the rotary knives and the screen and the speed of the slewing.
