Disposable three-layer mask
It belongs to a kind of plane mask. The disposable three-layer mask is made of two layers of non-woven fabric and one layer of filter paper. The disposable three-layer mask is made of fiber non-woven fabric which is used for medical treatment and health. A layer of filter and anti bacteria cloth with 99% of the filter and melt spray cloth is added in the middle and welded by ultrasonic wave. The nose beam is made of environmental protection full speed strip. It is breathable and comfortable to wear without any metal, and the filtering effect of BFE is up to 99%.
The raw materials for a mask are:
Two layers of non-woven fabric (weighing about 25g)
One layer of melt blown cloth in the middle
Nose bridge line plastic strip PP 5.0mm * 0.55mrr
Second belt: round belt 2.5-3.mm diameter
Finished product specification: 175 * 95mm selected material: PP non-woven composite fiber
