Introduction
MDGZ Lifting Integrated Granulation System is a patented technology product independently develop by our company. NANO innovatively adds lifting function for high shear granulator system, matching with fluid bed granulator. The two devices are integrated in a common operational interface, which are used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries.

Working Principle:
The system consists of a high shear granulator and a fluid bed dryer, equipped with a liquid supply system and a filtration system. During the operation, the high shear granulator feeds and granulates in a low position. When material is discharged, the high shear granulator is lifted to high position, and its retractable discharge conveying pipeline is automatically docked to the inlet of the fluid bed to realize gravity discharge.

Features:
1. High shear granulation system can be raise and lowered, no need to configure climbing ladder
2. The product transfer is completely closed. The conveying pipeline automatically connects achieve material transport,          avoiding material accumulating and blocking.
3. Compact installation, small footprint, reducing investment and operating costs
4. Unmanned production operation, reducing labor costs and production risks
5. Granulating process is monitored digitally and process parameters are displayed on HMI and recorded, complying with        Cgmp requirement concerning process tracking and traceability.

7. Cleaning time is reduced due to the application of automatic CIP system
