Product introduction
This product is an automated packaging equipment designed by our company specifically for pre filled syringes, which is sterile and efficient for filling syringes. The equipment runs smoothly, is easy to operate, and is equipped with intelligent detection devices. It has a high degree of automation and is easy to maintain. It is an ideal equipment for filling and plugging pre filled syringes.

Suitable for pre filled syringes of various brands, other types of syringes can also be customized.
The surface is made of SUS304 stainless steel material, and the parts in contact with the material are made of SUS316L stainless steel and medical grade silicone rubber, in compliance with GMP specifications.
The ceramic plunger pump achieves quantitative filling, is resistant to acid and alkali erosion, wear-resistant and high-temperature, and has high filling accuracy.
The sorting and transportation of rubber plugs are achieved through a vibrating disc, using SUS316L stainless steel clean discs with no cleaning dead corners. The top disc is detachable and supports sterilization.
Adopting internationally renowned brand electrical components, implementing interference free modular control, synchronous actions are all controlled by servo motors, accurate and reliable, and easy to operate.
The motor operation is controlled by a PLC programming controller, and the human-machine interaction interface monitors and displays the working status of each workstation in real time, automatically alarms and displays the fault location and fault prompts in real time.
Multiple filling doses and filling methods are available for selection, supporting storage of multiple formula parameters.
Adopting a filling needle that rises with the liquid level to prevent splashing of the medicine solution.
Vacuum filling system, suitable for high viscosity materials, ensures that the filling space is filled with liquid medicine without bubbles or breaks, and improves the qualification rate of finished products.
The vacuum plugging system ensures that the rubber plug is in close contact with the liquid surface when filling high viscosity materials.
It can be used to replace pre filled syringes of various specifications, with modular design and easy expansion. It can be used as a single machine or connected to equipment such as nest removal machines, rotary bar machines, labeling machines, and light inspection machines to form a production line.
Optional self cleaning station with rubber plugs to achieve non-stop addition of rubber plugs.
Optional A-level laminar flow hood to achieve high requirements for clean production.
