working principle:
The operating equipment raises the rack to a certain height, and the cone is turned 180 degrees so that the cone is downwardly connected to the material container. Pulling the raw material container of the granulator out of the granulating equipment and pushing it under the cone, operating the equipment to make the cone falling flange and the material container flange; and the locking bolt on the outside of the cone is buckled into the material container flange and Lock the two so that the material does not leak. The operating equipment is lifted, the cart of the material container is pulled out, and the cone is turned over, at which time the materials are all tightly poured into the cone. The cone is lifted, the mixing hopper is pushed under the granulator, the equipment is lowered, and the discharge port of the granulator is closedly connected with the feeding cover of the mixing hopper. Open the cone butterfly valve of the cone to about 30 degrees, start the granulator, and the material is dried and granulated into the mixing hopper. After the completion of the granulation, the components are separated in the reverse order of operation to complete the entire operation.
