The processes of tablet dedusting and transmission for the machine are completed within a tablet pass-through section with closed structure. During working, the pressures on tablet pass-through section and inlet and outlet are negative so there is no powder escaping. The tablet pass-through section is completely separated from the driving box. It is designed with tool-less and quick-removing structure, which makes it very easy to assemble, dismantle and clean. All machine parts contacting with the product are made of stainless steel material, which meets the requirements of cGMP performance guide to pharmaceutical machines.
The machine adopts DC motor to achieve stepless speed regulation. It is available for dedusting requirements for various output and products. The heights and angles of inlet and outlet can be adjusted freely within a certain range to meet different working requirements.
