Through a sophisticated process, pure water is circulated by a powerful water pump and heated efficiently using a plate heat exchanger. It executes the sterilizing program with a refined spraying technique, showcasing unparalleled temperature uniformity and offering an impressive temperature adjustment spectrum of 80-126ºC. Notably, it ensures the prevention of secondary contamination throughout the operation, upholding the highest standards of purity. The union of vacuum inspection with vibrant water further enhances its capability, guaranteeing absolutely accurate inspection results.

This innovative sterilizer showcases a horizontal rectangle structure, crafted from premium acid-proof stainless steel 304 for the inner chamber, complemented by a sleek stainless steel wiring-drawing plate for the decorative case. It thoughtfully includes a standard GMP Certification port, empowering users with the freedom to certify the equipment seamlessly.
2. It features an advanced double-door-leaf system offering either an auto-moving mechanism or a mechanical door, tailored to enhance operational efficiency.
3. The sterilizer integrates a state-of-the-art control system, available as a computer-control or a PLC plus touchscreen system. The system ensures optimal sterilizing outcomes through the FO value, closely monitoring temperature and pressure curves. It guarantees precise temperature monitoring and stable operation, while maintaining an exhaustive sterilizing record.
4. Equipped with top-tier components within the industry, this system includes an Alfalaval stainless steel baffle heat exchanger, Burkert water-resistance valve, high-temperature air-operated valve, NASH vacuum pump, and an efficient spraying system, all complemented by a reliable Grundfos water circulating pump.
5. Both design and operational pressures are meticulously selected to suit the specific characteristics of the articles being sterilized, ensuring optimal performance.
