Product introduction
This product is a sterile and efficient automatic packaging equipment for filling syringes specially designed by our company for pre-filled syringes.the equipment runs smoothly, is simple to operate, and is equipped with an intelligent detection device. it has a high degree of automation and is easy to maintain. it is an ideal equipment for filling and stoppering pre-filled syringes.
Product Features
Suitable for pre filled syringes of various brands, other types of syringes can also be customized.
The surface is made of SUS304 stainless steel material, and the parts in contact with the material are made of SUS316L stainless steel and medical grade silicone rubber, in compliance with GMP specifications.
The ceramic plunger pump achieves quantitative filling, is resistant to acid and alkali erosion, wear-resistant and high-temperature, and has high filling accuracy.
The sorting and transportation of rubber plugs are achieved through a vibrating disc, using SUS316L stainless steel clean discs with no cleaning dead corners. The top disc is detachable and supports sterilization.
Adopting internationally renowned brand electrical components, implementing interference free modular control, synchronous actions are all controlled by servo motors, accurate and reliable, and easy to operate.
Depend on PLC the programmable controller controls the operation of the motor, and the human-machine interactive interface monitors and displays the working status of each station in real time, and automatically alarms and displays the fault location in real time.fault prompt.
A variety of filling doses and filling methods are available,supports storage of multiple recipe parameters.
The filling needle is used to rise with the liquid level to prevent the liquid from splashing.
Vacuum filling system for high viscosity materials, ensure that the liquid medicine fills the filling space without bubbles or faults, and improve the qualified rate of finished products.
Vacuum stopper system,when filling high viscosity materials make sure the rubber stopper is in close contact with the liquid surface.
It can be used for pre filled syringes of various specifications by replacing specification parts.modular design, easy to expand, can be used as a single machine or connected to nesting machine, rod rotating machine, labeling machine, light inspection machine and other equipment to form a production line.
An optional self-cleaning table for rubber plugs can be used to add rubber plugs without stopping the machine.
Optional A grade laminar flow hood to achieve high-requirement clean production.
