1. All adopt 304 stainless steel refined.
2. It is square and tapered, and the outer wall is combined with matte treatment and polishing, with beautiful shape.
3. The upper cover and the lower cone are made of special mould, and the bending part is arc transition without dead Angle.
4. The polishing precision of inner wall reaches Ra0.4 m of surface roughness.
5. Material at all welding points is processed by profile chamfering. Double-sided argon arc welding process is adopted, and all welds are smoothed out.The welding quality shall comply with JB4708 and JB4709.
6. The feed inlet is made by drawing process, the upper cover is stamped and formed by special mold, and is embedded with silicone rubber "0" sealing ring.
7. Stainless steel butterfly valve with safety device, strong sealing, no water seepage, flexible operation, safe and reliable.
8. It is strong enough and its wall thickness meets the loading requirement without deformation.
3, Product quality and quality assurance measures
1) This hopper is made of SUS304 high-quality stainless steel. Corners of internal and external surfaces are treated with circular corners. There is no sanitary dead corner and no accumulation of residues.
2) The inner surface of the hopper is refined and polished. The inner surface roughness Ra≤0.4 m, the outer surface brushed Ra≤0.8 m. The inner surface of the hopper is firmly welded, and the blunt and rounded corners of the hopper are naturally excessive Ra < 0.4 m.
3) The hopper cover is provided with a silicone seal ring, and the tightness of the clamp can be adjusted to ensure no powder leakage during use.
4) The hopper discharge valve is made of stainless steel, sealed with silicone rubber, and the butterfly valve is equipped with anti-misoperation device to ensure production safety.
4. ZT turnover hopper quality detection and fault detection standard means
1) During the production process, the welded surface of the hopper shall not have unfused, porosity, slag inclusion, crack, black spot, pitting and other defects. The inner and outer surface of the hopper collar shall be flat, smooth, without obvious scratches and uneven.
2) The discharge butterfly valve shall be tested with tap water, and there shall be no leakage.
3) Measure the surface roughness Ra≤0.4 m in the hopper with the surface roughness detector.
