Tail seal form: straight or shaped

2) Ointments, creams, gels and viscosity fluids.

Workflow: pipe silo (hose container) → automatic tube loading → identification of calibration position → cleaning inside the hose (option) → filling → hot melting at the tail → pressing and sealing the tail, typing the word code → hose positioning → cutting → finished product discharge
 
Working principle: using PLC program control. Automatic tube loading, color calibration, air cleaning inside the tube space, injection nozzle filling inside the tube, hot gas heating inside the tube tail wall, cooling outside the tube tail wall (cooling water dispenser drainage cycle), hot melt pressing and coding, tail shear, finished product discharge.
