2. The working principle
SAFM D ampoule rotary filling machine is the first generation product developed by our company, and it is one of the main equipment for pharmaceutical factories to produce sterile water injection preparations. In order to meet the requirements of the latest national GMP (2010 edition) specifications, in accordance with the principle of reducing cross-contamination between man and machine, between machine and environment, machine filling and materials as much as possible, this machine adopts international isolation technology (RABS), adopts the most advanced rotary gap filling alignment, adopts full servo technology to drive and fill accurately, and is equipped with 100-level laminar flow hood, American North glove box, and dust particle online monitoring, so as to meet the requirements of aseptic preparation production of pharmaceutical enterprises.

The design of the equipment is compact, the area is small, it is convenient for the room layout, and the traditional linear filling is changed to disc filling, which changes the disadvantages of the traditional model with long length and large floor area.
