Automatic Eye Drop Filling Production Line
 
Main Description 
This production line is composed of automatic bottle unscrambler, eye drop filling and capping machine, and vertical labeling machine. It can complete the unscramble, filling, plugging, capping , screwing and labeling of 2-20ml round deformed plastic or glass bottles of various materials. This machine adopts domestic technology development and design, adopts a robot vacuum type to do the suction plug and cap, the external cap of this machine has unique features, and the pre-capping function is added. The production line has reasonable design, stable and reliable operation, and easy operation. The maintenance and operation are simple and fully comply with the requirements of the new version of GMP.
 
Environment for Installation
The whole machine is designed according to the requirement of GMP.
1.The environment temperature have to be controlled at 5ºC~40ºC
2.The machine have to be installed inside and well control the environment temperature & humidity, no dangerous exploder nearby. The installation site have to be met the machine design requirement that is smooth & no incline
3.No strong electromagnetism disturb
4.No noxious powder or smoke

Main Features
1.The unscrambler is a new design, completely replacing manual work;
2.The filling part adopts peristaltic pump or ceramic pump imported from Britain, with high filling accuracy, stable filling volume, automatic stop without bottle, no inner plug and no outer cover, adopting frequency conversion speed regulation;
3.The self-adhesive labeling machine has high labeling accuracy, automatic stop alarm without bottle, printing cleaning, and output counting function.
4.Fully comply with the new version of GMP certification requirements.
