This capsule check weigher is suitable for rapid weighing of tabletst and rejection of unqualified products, usually arranged after the process in the capsule filling workshop. This equipment can be suitable for the diameter of different types of smooth surface non sticky capsule without changing mold.

The capsule checkweigher adopts the patented sliding board weighing structure, the weight detection speed of each channel is 1.6 pieces/second, the detection range is 0-2000mg, the dynamic detection accuracy: 300mg capsule sample, repeated 20 times weighing, the allowable error is ≤±2mg.The unqualified tablets can be automatically eliminated by setting the upper limit and lower limit of the qualified weight of single tablet.

The maximum weighing speed of CM1800 capsule check weigher is 100 thousand pieces/hour. Users can decide to check the whole product or spot check according to the stability of the weight of the product produced on site.
