There are the characteristics of horizontal feeding, simple operation, low rate of broken bottles(oral liquid bottle is less than 1/200000).
The screw bottle separating, and the bottle is homogeneous and synchronous with the conveyor belt, no lack bottles, no break bottles.
Using imported famous brand servo motor,with high speed of label outlet , high precision and good stability.
The machine has high speed sponge wheel attaching mechanism, good cushioning and wear resistance.
There are fast Labeling speed and high precision, Labeling accuracy is ±0.5 mm.
Device feature
Horizontal feeding: Compare with other manufacturers vertical feeding mechanism, and it is safer and more convenient, broken bottle rate is also significantly reduced to 1/200000, smaller than other manufacturers over ten times. Equipped with bottle detection device, when the bottle is less than a certain amount, it can automatically decelerate, after feeding, it can automatically accelerate, and greatly reduce the labor intensity.
Screw bottle separating: Use screw bottle separating mechanism and with the conveyor belt mechanic synchronous, make the container smoothly into the conveyor belt, no invert the bottle, no break bottles.
High speed of label outlet mechanism: Adopt three-step design, with high and continuous speed of label outlet.
