Laboratory shot blasting machine (pill granulator)
Pill Granulator is equipped with a rotary centrifugation disc, a fan, a pneumatic injection gun to make wet grains into pills. Wet grains produced in the last process are put in the rotary centrifugal disc, and then the rotary centrifugation disc is started by the fan to allow the wet grains to move circularly in strands under the air buoyancy, rotary centrifugation torce and self-gravity, so as to produce pills with high sphericity.
