The working principle of
Laboratory screw extrusion granulator for single screw front extrusion granulator, can be divided into flat head and ball head two forms. Under the action of screw conveying and extrusion, the mixed and kneaded wet material is extruded from the opening template of the machine head and then dried to get the granular product, so as to realize the purpose of changing the powdery product into uniform granular product. The particle shape is cylindrical, the particle diameter of the finished product can be adjusted and controlled by the opening aperture of the touch plate: flat head 0.8-3mm, ball head 1.5-5mm, particle rate > 95%.
