Prefilled syringe(cartridge)automatic filling production line

 Automatic pre-filling machine:                    
Equipment: Can be equipped with laminar flow hood
Semi-enclosed glove box available (with gloves)
Filling machine working order: separate outer packing buffer zone and filling area. The outer packaging is unpacked in buffer 1, and tear the sealing paper and take isolation paper manually in buffer 2. In the filling area, the nest is removed from the packing box and put into the filling platform by the manipulator. The nest after filling is put into the original packing box by the manipulator and transferred to the next process.



Equipment performance:
It is widely used in B-D Hypac SCF(pre-filling syringe), cartridge bottle syringe and vial filling. The maximum output can reach -3000 PCS/hour (MAX).

All the components in contact with the liquid are made of AISI316L stainless steel or ceramic materials, non-toxic corrosion resistant non-metallic materials;
The operation of the machine is completed by touch screen.
Adopt full servo numerical control system;
The matrix movement of the machine tray is completed by the servo motor (X axis, Y axis);
The tray loaded with syringes to be filled is put into the tray bracket by the manipulator. After completing all the filling steps, the manipulator takes out the tray and puts it into another empty syringe tray. Filling: completed by peristaltic pump;
The rubber plugs are automatically sent out to the plug removal track and then to the plug remover in sequence by the plug remover. The plug remover takes 2 rubber plugs at a time and sends them to the plug press, which presses them into the syringe after filling.
All actions are completed by the servo control system controlled by the program. The position distance adjustment of the needle and plug rod can be realized on the touch screen without mechanical adjustment. The whole movement of the machine is completed by 8-9 servo systems. Easy to change specifications, you can preset multiple filling templates on the touch screen.
