Our company long-term commitment to sterile medical devices automation equipment research and development, manufacture, providing customers with the optimization of automation solution.The main products are: Automatic disposable blood bags equipment line,;automatic disposable urine bag equipment line; automatic disposable liquid medical bag equipment line; Disposable syringe automation assembly line and other kinds of sterile medical equipment; as well as automatic high frequency plastic welding machine, high frequency blister packing machine.
Machine structure:
Including ten working stations:
1)First working station:automatic feeding PVC plat film.(put rolls of PVC flat film in the machine,pulling and cutting the film,and feeding the film automatically)
2)Second working station:automatically die cutting the big square hole of the long pipe
3)Current conducting rods enter into the two layers of PVC films
4)Fourth working staion: Automatically feeding four short pipes.(operated by the vibration plate and feeded by manipulators)
5)Fifth working station: Similar with the forth working station,automatically feeding another four short pipes.
6)Sixth working station:Automatically feeding the small pipes of the bag.(
7)Seventh working station:welding the pipes.
8)Eighth working station:Welding the bag body.
9)Nineth working station:Die cutting the extra edge material of the bags.
10)Tenth working station:manipulators take away the final bag away.
Characteristics:
1,The machine adopts A3# steel,and 304 stainless steel..
2,Adoping C shape machine head,automatic rotating table with 10 working stations.
3,There are two water circulation pipes in the upper electrode and down electrode to keep the mould in the constant temperature.
4,ZD-20XD machine can weld or make four bags each time, each bag includes three pipes,welding pipes and welding bag body is finished separately.
5,Coaxial servo driven current auto tuning device
6,Automatically retreating pipes device,convenient for the manipulator to take away the material.
7,Automaticl manipulator reclaiming material devices.
