MDLA-25 Dry Granulation for Experiments
1.The main purpose:
It is used in small batches of samples in research institutes and laboratories. As long as about 30 grams of materials, it can be demonstrated that some materials containing crystal water can be used in dry granulation, understand the compressible forming performance of the material, adjust the formula (water content, excipient, etc.) in time, improve the granulation process route, test the necessary technical parameters, and provide a reliable theoretical basis for the development of new products and direct production, this machine is suitable for granulation in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries. Continuous production is possible.
2. Structural features:
This machine is composed of feeding mechanism, tablet pressing mechanism, hydraulic mechanism, frame and electrical control and other components, and the parts that are easy to assemble and disassemble and clean and in contact with the material are all made of stainless steel.
1) Feeding parts
It is composed of a motor reducer, a conical screw with unequal pitch and a funnel, which degasses and pre-presses the material and forcibly feeds it into the tablet pressing parts.
2) Tablet parts
It is composed of motor, reducer, transmission shaft, bearing, pressure wheel, etc. The pressure wheel is made of pressure-resistant, wear-resistant, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, corrosion-resistant, high-strength special stainless steel and special heat treatment. It is a sheet that makes the material have a certain strength and thickness after being extruded by the pressure wheel.
3) Granulation parts
It is composed of motors, reducers, frequency converters, granulation mechanisms and screens, etc., and the flaky materials from the tablet parts are made into the required particles by two granulation, the upper granulation adopts the blade type, and the lower granulation adopts a special cage structure to increase the yield of the granules. The size of the pellets is controlled by the pore size of the mesh. Screen can be equipped with (ф0.8, ф1.0mm, ф1.2mm, ф1.5mmф2.0mm)
4)Hydraulic parts
It is composed of pressurized device: imported manual oil pump or electric hydraulic station, two oil cylinders, high-pressure oil pipe, globe valve, pressure gauge, etc. The required hardness of the formed product after tablet is controlled by the pressure of the oil pump and the speed of the feeding and the rotation speed of the pressure wheel.
5) Electrical control components
The electrical is a 220V two-phase power supply, which is composed of electrical components and circuits such as inverters or PLC touch screens, which are controlled by stepless speed regulation for feeding, tablet and granulation.
The design of the machine is novel and unique, the structure is simple and reasonable, the performance is stable and reliable, the operation is stable, the granulation part of the tablet is extended, the assembly and disassembly are easy to clean, and it is equipped with support and casters, which is easy to move.
